I think the important thing to realize, with respect to the science here, is that these guys hold the patent for breath detection of controlled substances. The idea of a *hand held breathalyzer* is nice, but it is not the be-all-end-all that most here make it seem to be. The important portion is the sensitivity of the internal components of whatever device they create, which:

1) They have already demonstrated that the internal components are able to detect THC with unparalleled sensitivity/accuracy using mass spectrometry (and maybe other controlled substances we have yet to here of, given the Yost lab has been doing that work). Now they just need a clinical trial for the government to consider.

2) They say that police want a hand held, and that could be true, because it's not rocket science to realize that a handheld would be good for a squad car... however, they could create a device that mounts into the wall of the airport security check, into the office of management at companies, or even at the front door of entry, into the walls of prisons or into security checks... the list is endless. What is important, is that the actually physical manifestation is not as important as the internal science. They have the patent and the science. They can make it into WHATEVER form the market demand requests.

Here are some examples...the market potential here is seriously infinite.

1) Police, Roadside or at the station
2) Prisons
3) Psychiatric Hospitals
4) Schools
5) Workforce
6) MAJOR LEAGUE SPORTS
7) Airports (for pilots, or for passengers)
