LOL - would that be the debt note peachtree gave to Fairhill's for all those court ordered free trading shares mentioned in that 8K.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1043150/000104315016000002/0001043150-16-000002-index.htm
Days before they jacked up the A/S to 10 BILLION?
Is there still a problem with those shares clearing as Ray mentioned in previous letter?

I have no doubt that Ray Barton is still very much involved here - am sure he had a hand in editing that shareholder letter. as the document properties on the last letter showed it was done on his MAC computer. Last time I pointed out Ray Barton's name was the author on filings he figured out how to delete it! But his style is not easily hidden.

Total nonsense that they are now claiming it was never their "intention" to increase the A/S like that. It happened as a result of the court ordered free trading shares that Fairhill's/Bronson owned.

Let's wait and see if they actually get anything of value posted on the OTC site.
and it is also total BS he can't say what the current O/S is - as that is done ALL the time and often with an ungagged T/A a shareholder can ask the T/A what it is and it is not posted anywhere publicly.

This is more of Ray Barton BS and fools no one that has watched his handiwork over the years. well actually I guess it fools fools.

what's stopping them from getting the Wyoming filing done - is that being promised to happen in another week??? next week, in two weeks, soon...

Until this absolute bull gets posted on a legit source other than Romario's website it is nothing more than absolute BULL shared with very few that even know the website exists.

Has he ever bothered to register his Cranium company anywhere?
Does it even exist anywhere in corporation form or as an LLC anywhere?

I'm willing to bet FINRA is giving them a bad time asking questions and that is the reason they can't get anything up and running on the OTC site. After all there are plenty of scamming companies throwing up bull like that everyday on the OTC site.
And they did manage to change the officer's name did they not? even though the first time they misspelled Romario's name!

I suspect Romario will need a good lawyer if he keeps this up - much like Ray's and Manny's other CEO who ended up fined and barred by the SEC for his like nonsense.
