1. I will defer to others who know more but the results of that case in last paragraph in introduction did not seem that favorable.

2. Far more important the real "keystone cops" are the politicians coming up with a replacement. It does not matter that the dollars "run out "
in 15 months. Majority in Congress are not that stupid to cause a train wreck over a vendetta against hedge funds.

3. Great Idea. Let's cause a housing market collapse for political reasons or because we have vendetta against the plaintiffs. Let's cause more banks to fail as a result.

4. The government is addicted to the money. They have the twins in their budget projections until 2024.

5. Polls show a close election and continue divided government. Result :lot of talk from Corker and Hensarling but nothing gets done just like the last
8 years.
