No... It's very obvious that "investors" were ripped of by Treaty Energy and the gang of cons. They were never any fails to deliver or any significate shorts in TECO ever... All that shit of NSS in TECO is just that... bullshit from Mulshine one of the gang of cons that was a part of the Treaty scam.
