Where are you getting 1.8B from, lol?

The actual OS is 1.2B but the only number that really matters is the effective float, as that determines the actual supply of shares that can be traded.

The float is only 520M, but if you subtract out my 7M shares, which I am not selling anytime soon, you get a float of 513M

Since I will be buying 3M more shares this week, that takes the float down to 510M

510M is a far cry from 1.8B

This stock can move very quickly, as illustrated by its move from .002 to .03 in 6 weeks during late 2015, which is a 15-bagger in only 30 trading days -- that is truly astonishing movement, unmatched by any other MJ stock in 2015.

We will be going a lot higher than .03 this fall after the election -- To a bare minimum of .10, but likely higher than that given the enormity of the catalyst
