One thing we do know is that Austin is the cyber capital of America. Having the new location in the area is not disputable.

Now that we know where we need to be one can just do a simple lease search in and around the area......you will find cost are all over the place.....some higher , some lower......next we have to consider things like location and maybe security and accessibility....just to mention a few.

In my opinion the location is great, the facility is great, the opportunity to expand is great.

All in all.....shareholders should be very happy with the location and the lease numbers. I as a major shareholder think it's fantastic.
