fredscott, I am still counting on four hundred seventy seven pennies per former UWBKQ copy. It does look like we have liftoff with both WaMu and UWBKQ and/or "the beginning of the end" if you will.

Looks like WMIH may file it's 8K this week or within the next couple of months moving it forward. It will be hard to believe WMIH actually goes forward before the closeout of this little-bitty bank that was UWBKQ that had nothing according to the Perps!
