13D inflated the public market for Baltia, while

directly, & indirectly the source of the misleading information and flatout lies being spread while Barry was illegally selling private placement shares of Baltia's stock

and failing to disclose that Baltia was compensating and the 13D was compensated for the false and misleading promotion.
