Not sure but may be EU banking meltdown , Bad news from China Russia Syria and then after mid October Trump & Fed ... Anything could be possible ... lots of technical analysts saying too about charts so just wait and watch with next few days 3-4 say

Also TVIX chart looks good for breakout as it reverse the previous gains from low .. so it might shoots from here after hitting stop losses ... Just IMO this one
