Let me give an example of due diligence AND JUST ONE REASON IM SO EXCITED ...In Victors shareholder update he said we were in discussions with a , " batteries material licencing company based in Europe developing silicon anodes for next generation of lithium-ion batteries " He also said it was anticipated that these talks would lead to a Joint Development Agreement in the Battery/storage/energy industry. OK so im pumped so I start googling these phrases he wrote in the update AND TRYING TO FIND COMPANIES WHO MIGHT BE SOMEONE WE ARE TALKING TO IN EUROPE and when I googled ..Silicon anodes for the next generation of lithum ion batteries. I found a company in Europe who did just that. Ok so I start looking at their web site and under the "about us " tab it dropped down and there was a choice I clicked on and it said "Introduction to" this company and I clicked on that and there was a decription of the company on this web site that matched the wording word for word in the update , everyone should all be reading ,about the kind of company we are in talks with for this POSSIBLE JDA.SEE WHAT YOU FIND WHEN YOU FOLLOW WHAT MY DUE DILIGENCE BROUGHT ME TO. Ok so im pumped and running through the house shouting at the top of my lungs about the potential and possibilities of this being the company we might do a JDA with. Maybe or maybe not but I believe it could happen and I am definitely excited everyday I get up and every day I go to bed.Have a great day !
