Hopefully HDG is ok and I have a scenario that could possibly play out... for those families of the patients that were in the 1mg arm of Bavituximab that may not have received their full treatment because of Jeanette Bleecker at Clinical Supplies Management swapping it out and sabotaging the trial:

I "believe" the closed to the public (certain details..) lawsuit between Peregrine and CSM in Fargo ND (that many depositions were sealed to the public...etc) may include some clause that says that Peregrine can't file a lawsuit against CSM again ? ..... but if so...

this would not stop family members from a loved one that may have passed due to being in the 1mg Bavi + Docetaxel arm and actually received Placebo instead of Bavituximab, because if Oct 10, 2016 comes and we hear about the patent being filed re: biomarkers of xyx kind....

Well, then the family can file to get the multiple bloodwork of their loved one to see the traces of biomarkers..etc..etc and that can also be used as evidence against CSM in Fargo ND. This opens up a few other doors but it is possible that these biomarkers were all stumbled upon back after investigating CSM and which would make sense, in how all the protocol was built into Sunrise Phase III

This is far from over it seems and it wouldn't put it pass me to see some very upset family members bring a lawsuit against the FDA, since there have been many questions left unanswered
