In addition to all of that, some institution are not allowed to own stock selling less then $5., so there by-laws forces them to sell at low prices when a stock tanks, and cannot average down. The day NVCN hit $1.28, NVCN had volume of over 22m++ shares, and high volume when NVCN hit .87++, So yes these sellers have curtailed the runs on every occasions, hopefully, they are out and NVCN gets past the $1++????
