More significantly, how is this relevant to my thesis that GE would not accept the 14.8% for now. You add a lot of noise but don't address how the language is materially different nor the thesis that however you phrase it, GE will not be happy with less than 15% and will not be forced to settle for that level whether you tendered or not.
