Then don't be surprised if management continues to dilute the hell out of SIML and implements yet another R/S in due time. This company certainly has a history of this and Tilden himself raised the outstanding shares to sky high levels which led to a massive R/S. I don't know how long you've been invested in SIML but I was in this for over 2 years only to lose everything throught countless deception and empty promises. I finally had enough, and plenty here believe this company is nothing but a continued scam. So don't be surprised whatsoever if things go belly up.........yet again. As I said earlier, this stock and company has a history.
