NBRI has quite a few golden eggs.

MX Gold would raise the capital in tranches. Why get $10 mill now if they don't need it? They have enough money to do what they need to do.

Environmental permits? Remember that they only mine the ore at Willa. The ore then gets transported at their Max mine where a mill that is fully permitted would process it. Therefore they don't need much permitting at the Willa mine site. Waste rock dump, yes. But that's not that difficult to permit. It's not tailings.

The BC government is pro mining so no problems there. And there are no vocal local First Nations to oppose mining.
