The American populace, taken as a single unit, has not the ability to govern this country in a fair and rightest manner. As shown by the populace's inability to put in place, demand, a voting system to elect politicians based on the voters understanding of justice that results in the election of people that work for the betterment of all citizens.

Today I'll predict that only 1% of the voting populace could pass a test where they understand the foundations of knowledge required to decide what policies put forth by candidates for office are those correct for a healthy governing by politicians.

It is ludicrous to allow voting rights based on having a citizenship.

Simple Question: If you stand trial, do you view any person elected as a jury member to be qualified to understand the legal and philosophical concepts associated with your situation? Are they all "jury of one's peers" or would you feel that not everyone has the ability to decide your fate?

Today,

When the people in power see injustice, they let it stand.

When the people for whom justice is lacking, they lack the power to obtain justice.

If I could, based on my concept of justice, find a single person having that quality I would replace all federal politicians with that person having absolute power (King, Queen) and rule and makes changes based on my sense of justice that single person has.
