Link and proof of TWO 1/50 reverse splits Please

I've already provided the board with the confirmed one on April 14, 2015:

Please provide the link to the prior 1/50 reverse split that you claim to have happened 4 years ago. That would be sometime in 2012, if you have problems doing that kind of complex math.

Thanks, and here's a 5year chart that shows the 2015 1/50 reverse split to get on NASDAQ. That would be indicated by the little orange thingy with the S on it. Please show us a link that shows the 2012 1/50 reverse split that you continue to claim was enacted. This chart shows that there wasn't one in your alleged time frame.
