CDE has used the same "poisonous legal stance" than Barrick, BCSC, TSX and the lot of anti socials against MSX and me at PASCUA LAMA PYRAMID.
CDE argues "presidential privilege" improperly laid out law suit and impossibility of my rights to take either the ex President of Chile or his Minister of Foreign Affairs, to ventilate in a Court of law "any of their decisions while they were in charge of the business affairs of running the Republic of Chile".
