At .10 area entry for PVCT, this is still very close to bottom support (.092 lowest) that offers good risk/reward in my speculative opinion for short term trading, so entering in .10 area or today (or at anytime) is not necessarily late to the party.
Trading is always about being methodical and non-emotional, being decisive in a timely & objective manner, as opposed to getting into something too early due to an emotional love for a stock, for example.
