Thank you for your reply, and your reference to Wikipedia. Term sheets like letters of intent are typically non-binding, as with other agreements to agree. While the existence of a term sheet might suggest progress in negotiations, I think it is ambiguous and seemingly premature to see a term sheet referenced in a news release. It would be less ambiguous to see specifically what terms have been roughly agreed to, as much depends on the nature of the relationship between the patent owner and MaxD.
