BIG jump? Based on MAXD/VSL ending their internal dispute? I'd love to see that alone cause the stock to zoom back up, but some pesky issues remain.

Revenue (there is still none.)

Google lawsuit USA (likely to resume, but by no means finished.)

Google/Netflix Germany (a new lawsuit has to be filed.)

While these events may be closer to happening, or perhaps even right around the corner, the fact is they have not. At this time they are all only speculation.

I want this stock to take off as much as anyone, but as with anything there is a process that has to happen first.
