No way in my mind the PP money will not be used for drilling.

That seems to be the consensus on the company board. There is a sense of disbelief that JB would do anything other than what was promised in the private offering letter. Despite the 10Q and subsequent confirmation by Tracy that the monies were not set aside in escrow.

The money is gone.
