WHY berge did a R/S 2 yrs ago



Why: the O/S was maxed out and he R/S'd rather than raise the A/S again.

It is not relevant to the situation today in the least. ~380M out of the 6B A/S and Berge is paying off or has paid off the large Iliad note with the large 2nd q sales transaction.

Different time, different situation= NOT RELEVANT.
