Wow !! huge move here over the last few weeks...but on relatively light volume. suggests a few people in the know have been accumulating with seriousness. but why?

i know the potential is huge, but....this has languished for many years now. is some kind of deal in the works? buyout? jv? amazing new tech developments?

SOMETHING is pretty clearly going on....

can anyone shed any cogent light ??
