Paul Dave has cut me off! Just got a reply back... First, I would like to say I only called his cell phone once. Also, I called the MCW office number and went through the various options. It can be a little worrisome when you have money invested in a high risk company with no revenue stream and no one answers the phone for several days.

Sir:

There are NO updates on any of our remediation projects at this time.
From the number of calls I have been receiving from you, I have to assume that you might think that I have to be available 24/7/365 for you investor inquiries.
Including one last evening and another email from you to “info@mcwenergy group” to inquire as to whether I am ‘still working @ MCW. I can assure you that I am as I also receive
“info@” emails as well. And using redials four or five times in a row will not work for me, especially when there is a voice mail option. I lost count of your calls this week

Please understand that:
1. I’ve been away in Utah for 6 days

2. I don’t answer calls while I’m in flight, driving a car or in meetings, etc.

Please understand that remediation projects take time to process, especially with large companies which must also correspond with large non-profit organization (UNESCO).

There was only one other email to me from an identified MCW shareholder which was marked ‘no reply required.’
MCW is the only oil sands company with more than one potential revenue stream, so we’re not going to rely on just oil production when it’s at $ 45.00 bbl. With the WTI discount of up to 29%, we actually lose money even when our costs at an industry-low of $ 31.00 bbl.
Also, we had a representative in the Middle East with Laboratory Testing contracts for them to sign but our customer headed out of town last week to end the holiday season for them (9 days)
And lastly, I’ve been providing updates to many MCW shareholders all along this period, perhaps too much information on the Middle East project, so because it’s highly confidential, from now on, I will only be supplying information once agreements have been signed, etc., and where certain benchmarks have been achieved. The Middle East market is extremely competitive and as we get closer to actually providing test results and plant design costs, etc., there will be many so-called competitors looking for costs submitted, technology formats, etc.
