No one cares about the shareholder meeting, it was delayed because they need to file their things before it can take place.

Not a big deal, no one bought because of it.
Again we bought because the COMPANY is coming back and works on filings.

Shareholder meeting which is very often a non-event takes place after they file.

It was not even released with major newswire. So not sure what the problem is. Shareholders don´t have a problem with it. ;)
