It's a fully reporting shell which, I am assuming, based on the Form 3 filed on Sept 6th - is on the brink of a reverse merger.

The CEO declared ownership of 10M shares, effective January 13, 2015. Think about it. Why would he formally declare ownership now, 20 months after the fact? It was known since the beginning that he had a stake.

Not necessarily waiting for a pump, but rather a filing with some substance which shows that a change of control took place. The 10K is due Sept 30th and I am waiting on that to see if it contains some info. It may not, but given the Form 3, it could be likely.
