Unaudited financials has caused this to stop trading in Canada. Good news for US traders as majority of shares are Canadian owned and can not change share strcuture until audits are caught up. CEO/Majority owner and Husband own lions share and have signed personal guarentee notes. This does not work out hey loose everything. Good chance you will see a very nice run with a few PR's coming soon. .002-.003 next 45-60 days.
