Sorry, but I cannot follow your logic on this at all.

Are you even sure that having licensed the basic formulation requires any payments once they developed new formulations that may already be patented? Does CTT have any licensing rights or were those given away back when we let them start development? I thought this was hashed out years ago or, alternatively, CTT kept threatening but never acted to enforce an agreement.

I think the bigger issues are:
Does the calmare inventor have any legit claims to royalties or rights?
Does manufacturer have any rights to money now?
Has Calmare actually initiated application procedures for insurance codes and other approvals that might result in insurance and Medicare reimbursement?
What does the CEO do every day to justify his salary?
Have there been sales that have brought in money and drawn down the rusty inventory sitting in the warehouse we see at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark?
