Very few people if any truly understand dilution. Ford has how many billion shares outstanding? 200 million for QSEP is not much. Dilution is fine if it brings the company closer to market. The bet here is that AOT gets commercialized and sold. Simple as that. If it does even if the company has 500M shares outstanding it won't matter, because the earnings will be huge. If they don't then it won't matter anyway.

Sales to outfit one pipeline in Iraq for example would create explosive earnings over the current shares. If they do one they will do many many more...
