No, this was supposed to go to .006
Then when that failed , it degraded to them easy .004's . Lol
.0028 was supposedly as low as it goes! Lol
FACT IS : The lofty tpac expectations fell like the pos share price!

i thought there was suppose to be no bid by now... what's the delay
