Good stuff Veronica - holding this pile of trash accountable.

I thought they detested the OTC and wished to move to an exchange.

Has TPAC made any progress in that direction?

No 8-Ks filed for this SEC Registrant either. Surely management realizes those are required within 4 days when a director leaves or joins an SEC Reporting company - not to forget the contracts they claim to have signed.
