i'm not even sure a $ value can be put on all that has been lost due to the SECs' remarkable incompetence
and collusion of the last decade + .. to me it is staggering what has been *lost* across so many levels

what is beyond telling is the *tech* exists re: *transparency* .. but is implemented so slowly (if at all) it only
aids and abets those who *work* the loopholes' daily

the SEC needs to be disbanded .. and revamped in total .. i am so tired a system that is mired in last century's muck
due to incompetence or corruption or both
