Good find hbassiouny. It seems to me that MARA has a very clear picture of where they want to go and exactly what types of industries they want to be in. As a shareholder this excites me because it shows the company is executing on the strategic vision that have set forth. A great example of this is with the hiring of Dr. David Kuan-Yu as the CTO. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, he worked as a technologist in the semiconductor industry. Doug/Erich's moves have been well planned prior to execution and it is clearly evident. The depressed state of the overall IP market gives MARA the ability to purchase patent portfolios at substantial discounts from previous years. Even so, management is focused only on those patents that can add value and fit the strategic vision and strategy of the company. They are not trying to acquire just for the sake of acquiring. It seems to me that Doug and Erich are multiple steps ahead of all of us on this board and I for one trust their decision making as they have continually executed on the model/strategy up to this point.
