Not sure, but I'm gonna go by pinksheets and the filings in this case, especially with the O/S number which if you'll read through the filings, most of the O/S is held by insiders by my findings(if I'm reading it correctly).



Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity....
Patience is knowing it's coming and waiting for it....
