Whatever, without some portion of the 11%+ shares being tendered to GE at its offering price, GE will not achieve 90%+. Reminds me of Gabelli's funds simply buying shares of Ocata above or below Astella's TO offer price, hoping to buy enough and at low enough $$$ to make a profit overall.

Gabelli tendered, and Astella's TO price of $8.50/share for OCAT won the day.
