So did J Edgar Hoover in women's panties......does it really matter? Obviously they are following orders not to push for prosecution and even if the FBI stated negative facts, the DOJ would overlook them.....and if that didn't work, Obama would pardon any of them.
Face it, this is going nowhere.....unless until she wins the election.....then maybe one day she gets impeached.

Just my opinion, of course.
