Not a supreme court judge, and Trump never said he was unfit for such a role. Trumps said he might be bias against him because of his membership in a lawyer group that referred to themselves as "the race", and advocates for illegal mexican immigrants to be here, and bring as much of there family as possible. Trumps want's Immigrants to be here LEGALLY, so who is the racist?



Sorry. Trump deserves no pass for his comments about the Judge. Can you not imagine then that EVERYONE EVER in court would argue they couldn't get a fair trial due to a Judge's heritage. You either trust an elected official or you don't.
Not to mention, Trump has been claiming the Mexicans would welcome this new wall.

Just my opinion, of course.
