I got new information from a reliable source:

All outstanding notes this year but one note have been converted. The remaining note is almost done with. No new notes at all. (my guess some 15M shares max will be converted soon; that will keep the OS at way less than half of the AS for good).


The 10K has already been audited and it will be submitted within 2 weeks (possibly next week).
