that's why it called reverse merger
RRLB was as dead non active company used to launch IFUS as a public company as happens all the time as it is the quickest and cheapest way to get on the market.

Happened 7 years ago so totally irrelevant and any activity that RRLB did do in the past has nothing to do with IFUS which has been trading for 7 years now
