Blaming the FDA? Before the FDA can be accused of dragging their feet on PMCB, a request has to be submitted first. PMCB has not done that.

Quote from investor relations of PMCB: "First, we will have to request a pre-IND meeting with the FDA. When we file an IND, there will be a press release to announce that action to all of our shareholders at the same time."

No announcement made, no request made. PMCB is the one dragging their feet in this case.
