Patents.. 10 yrs late & $2 bil short...???
Just think tho... Vplm could've (should've) stuck w/ the plan (as promised), gotten serious about their voip service provider status, incorporated the patent suite, and w/such an all encompassing, necessary, unfathomably valuable & "non get-around-able technology behind the operations....and immediately (as opposed to yrs & yrs down the road) started generating money for the company & money for the s/h's on a regular and exponentially growing basis, and adding to that, licensee $ & infringement fine $. It would've been pretty hard for it to miss as I see it (oh wait, maybe they came to realize the patents weren't really all that ). They would've then truly fulfilled their self proclaimed "leaders of the industry" title, instead of the joke butt that became. Instead they got nada (except for the few insiders who gain regular benefit - you know - "services" & what not. Oh well, one can only hope it continues to drag on long enough & has enough price swings to continue to recoup losses, by trading......
