Sorry but you are completely wrong.

Just because you believe something is unfair does not make it
illegal. The company put the Reverse Split up for a vote for all shareholders and it passed. They filed the 8K and did a RS.

How is that illegal?

It did not go unnoticed. (The stock plummeted, people noticed.)

What is more disturbing is the fact that some posters and stockholders think that Reverse Splits are what causes this stock to crater in one direction. That lack of understanding means they should not be in this game.
