Does anyone know what he meant by this statement?

Is he talking about the in store set ups? I know they won't update the investor presentation unless I ask them to since that is what happened 5 months ago. How can someone be so good at building a company but have no clue about what it takes to be a public company? He spends hundreds of thousands on an ir firm that does nothing. The stock should be much higher than where it is but there are no new buyers because Andy does not understand you have to go find shareholders.
