Yes, Ross signed the Note for Kalisky and their was a joint motion of settlement filed about a week after the lawsuit was filed.

Then there is the $60,000 note that Kalisky assigned to Pamela Ruppert - Pamela has already settled and collected on the note - but Ruppert has included the same note in his current lawsuit.

I told everyone that Ruppert was the number one priority because he has a pending lawsuit and then I would go after Kalisky.

Ross/Ruppert/Kalisky will all be named in a complaint with the SEC. With Ross being the driving force behind the fake loans/lawsuits.
