It's obvious from the court filings, Tesarski's actions and those of Treaty Energy that Blackburn NEVER gave up control and as he always has STILL pulls the strings behind the curtain. Of course he isn't going to file anything with the SEC or inform "investors" of that... He's a crook and anybody that does just even a smidgeon of DD will clearly see that as a FACT.
