That's like a sub penny stock issuing a PR "We are working to complete all our filings and bring our status to "current". Management is working diligently with our Auditors to complete all the required financials". Then, three weeks later, they fire their Auditor. The Company then issues another PR advising re the change of Auditor and that "the change did not arise from any disagreement with the Auditor".

Crap...I've been around this shit too long.
