2014 = 17 companies
(only Sale = 0 / only Cultivation/Production = 1 / Cultivation/Production + Sale = 16)

2015 = 18 companies
(only Sale = 0 / only Cultivation/Production = 5 / Cultivation/Production + Sale = 13)

2016 = 14 companies
(only Sale = 1 / only Cultivation/Production =10 / Cultivation/Production + Sale = 3)

I suppose that at least 4 or 5 companies in the area Cultivation/Production + Sale will be still licensed this year
