That is not accurate. MX's Willa is at the exploration stage only. They have not progressed past the PEA stage, and currently any mine there is unlikely to be profitable. In order to open the mine, not only will metal prices need to rise, but they will need to apply for the numerous permits necessary to construct and operate the mine, and once they were received, they would need to actually construct the mine. Oh, and find a way to pay for it all, since MX is broke.

MX's Willa claims are, at best, years away from any production. But since they haven't completed a feasibility study, or even a pre-feasibility study, it is far to early to say that a mine will ever be constructed there. And until that point, NBRI's claims are unlikely to have any exploration potential, much less significant value.
