Ok thanks for the info, I read the article and it does not state when the judge made that statement but all his information to date is without current financials. I have heard that stated in the past as well. They also have more assets they could sell as well including their stakes in TERP and GLBL but who knows what kind of money they could raise. And yes everyone who has stocks in this very well could lose what they have invested. Now some are more optimistic than others but I'm sure they know the final risk in owning bankruptcy stocks.
